Change of ownership due to porting error
You’re probably here because you have tried switching subscription from some mobile operator to ice, and now you have received a text from us. The text states that you will have to complete a legal change of ownership, meaning that your number is registered in someone else’s name. We need you to approve this in order for us to be able to carry out the porting.
What we need you to do:
Luckily, changing owner is an easy thing to fix. All you have to do is to send «AB» to 08200 from the number in question. We will fix the rest!
By doing this you confirm that you are allowed to take legal ownership of the number, and it makes it possible for us to carry out the change of ownership. This process may affect your upcoming porting date. Therefore, we will send you a new confirmation by SMS with the time of the transfer.
What if I don’t send the text?
We will not be able to transfer your number to ice if we do not receive this text from you. If your new ice subscription has a lock-in period, this may also trigger the associated breakage fee.
